I'm Vanessa, the Co-owner and Head of Marketing and Design at Jaguar Journey. I've called Cancun home for over a decade. Recently, I proudly earned my degree in Marketing and Business from the University of Quintana Roo.

Within Jaguar Journey, I wear multiple hats. I serve as the design manager for our website and catalogs, and I'm responsible for overseeing our social media presence. A crucial aspect of my role is assisting you in booking and personalizing your experiences through our user-friendly online platform.

Beyond my professional life, I'm an avid enthusiast of scrapbooking and various handicrafts. When I'm not immersed in work, you'll often find me enjoying quality time with my beloved cat, Otilia. One of my life's aspirations is to embark on global adventures, immersing myself in diverse cultures and forging connections with incredible people worldwide.

I hold a degree in Tourism Management and a diploma in Mexican History and Archaeology. My professional background includes several years in the hospitality industry, where I gained invaluable insights into the significance of service in the realm of tourism.

Today, my heart lies in exploring Mayan sites, forging new friendships, spending time at the beach with my faithful companion, Luka.

We are dedicated to preserving and saving our culture, traditions, and the customs of our gastronomy. We are a small family: myself, Carlos, my wife Yudith, and our little daughter Rocío. We live off the land, growing crops like beans, corn, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, and yuca—everything we need to prepare our traditional dishes. We also raise our own animals, ensuring that we eat healthily.

Over time, we started sharing our way of life with visitors, showing them how we truly live. We explain the medicinal plants we still use and offer them a taste of our traditional dishes. We are committed to rescuing our culture, which is slowly disappearing.

My name is Michelle, and I am the Chef Chocolatier for our "Bean to Bar" chocolate workshop.

I was born and raised in Puebla, and from a young age, I developed a deep love for Mexican gastronomy. In 2014, I moved to Cancún to pursue my passion and studied Gastronomy at the University of the Caribbean, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in 2020.

After working in several Mexican restaurants in Cancún, I decided to follow my dream. In 2018, I created my own chocolate company, Ki'Neek, where we produce bean-to-bar chocolate and organize workshops for cocoa producers in local communities. We also provide unique experiences for both locals and tourists, sharing the rich history and culture of cacao.

I'm a cat lover, and in my free time, I enjoy exploring new foods and spending quality time with my feline friends.

I am Ofelia and I was born and rise in Dzitas a little village near Chichen Itza, now I am living in Cancun with my dear son Isaac.

My mother is a traditional Mayan Medicine woman, we believe in the power of the plants and the stones, and also we make wonderful artesanies since generations ago.

We have a small souvenir store in market 23 in Cancun City,we we have on sell authentic Mayan souvenirs made by different families, we would like to invite you to meet us in our Cancun City tour and learn a bit more of what we do.

Hola:I'm Fermin the local brewer in Cancún, I have a gastronomy degree from The University of the Caribbean, I have been traveling around the USA, Canada and different parts of México, trying the most special local beers.Now I have a very intimate local brewery in the patio of my home where I produce different styles of beer and cook special food that pairs with my beers; I like to combine different seasonal ingredients to make special beer all year around, some of my beers are awarded as part of the best in Mexican beers.Get to meet my brewery, learns about the process and of course taste some of my beers part of our experiences.
